2017  Ministry  Fair

The Southside Summit is an incredible, cost-effective opportunity to promote your product/service to a targeted demographic of pastors and church leaders in an enthusiastic, energized atmosphere.  A limited number of vendor booths are made available for this event. Applications will be received for the 2016 Ministry Fair until January 19, 2016.
 
About the Southside Summit
 
The Southside Baptist Network sponsors this major one-day conference called the Southside Summit every February with nationally recognized speakers and many practical breakouts. It is geared toward Southern Baptist pastors, staff, and church leaders but is open to all evangelicals throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast.
 
Over 400 participated in the 2015 conference from 110+ churches from 50+ cities across Georgia. The 2016 theme is Gospel Advance, and will include an extensive Ministry Fair and on-site LifeWay store. We expect attendance to grow to 500-600.
 
The Southside Summit, hosted by Eagle’s Landing FBC, McDonough, GA, is from 9am-5:15pm on Thursday, February 18, 2016. The day will have four plenaries and 2 workshop times (see schedule at SouthsideSummit.org). Plenary speakers include Dr. Albert Mohler, President of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; Rev. H. B. Charles, Pastor and expository preacher of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church; Dr. Micah Fries, V.P. of LifeWay Research; and Rev. Scott Smith of the Georgia Baptist Convention's Evangelism Ministries.

Vendor Terms and Conditions:
 
Vendor is responsible for set up, take down and clean up of their booth area
Ministry Fair Set-up is 7am-8am on February 18, 2016
Vendor brings table covering for 8’ x 2.5’ table
No products may be shipped to the Southside Summit location
All booths must be open between 8:30am-5:30pm on February 18, 2016
Vendor take-down and clean up must be completed by 6:15pm on February 18, 2016
No products may be stored at the Southside Summit after the conference concludes
